Adam Nessim, MD
Dr. Nessim is a physician trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with advanced training in regenerative and interventional musculoskeletal medicine. He completed his PM&R residency at Montefiore Medical Center and continued fellowship training through Cornell and Columbia.
His practice brings together musculoskeletal and interventional care with longevity medicine, helping patients improve performance, manage pain, address metabolic and hormonal health, and build a more proactive plan for long-term health.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nessim has a particular interest in strength training, performance, recovery, and the evolving evidence around regenerative and longevity medicine. He believes patients are best served by a physician who is willing to examine the evidence carefully, explain uncertainty clearly, and build a plan that is practical enough to follow.
Training: Cornell University; Albert Einstein College of Medicine; PM&R Residency, Montefiore Medical Center; advanced fellowship training through Cornell & Columbia.
Fernando Martinez, MD
Dr. Fernando Martinez grew up in the Bronx, the son of Dominican immigrants, and was the first in his family to become a physician. That experience shaped a style of practice centered on patience, clear communication, and respect for the person behind the diagnosis.
Dr. Martinez completed his PM&R residency and Pain Medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, where he trained in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided spine and joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, regenerative therapies including PRP, and electrodiagnostic testing.
His approach combines interventional precision with an emphasis on movement, exercise, rehabilitation, and helping patients remain active participants in their own recovery.
“Medicine isn’t just about treating pain. It’s about understanding the person behind it.”
Medicine as it should be.
Evidence-based, unhurried, personal.
We believe patients deserve physicians who understand the full picture, communicate clearly, and are thoughtful about when to intervene and when not to.
