Eligibility depends on where you are physically located during your appointment, the treating physician’s license and whether telehealth is appropriate for your needs. Not every physician is available in every state.

Some concerns need an in-person examination, testing, a procedure or a referral. Our Westport, Connecticut office is planned to open July 1, 2027.
Telehealth consultation questions
Can I discuss weight and metabolic health?
Yes. You can discuss weight, body composition and metabolic health goals as part of your assessment. Your physician considers your history and existing lab results, then recommends appropriate next steps. Any treatment depends on your individual evaluation.
Can I discuss hormone-related concerns?
Yes. The assessment can include a discussion of symptoms and existing lab results related to hormonal health, and whether further evaluation is needed. An assessment does not guarantee hormone therapy, another prescription or enrollment in a program.
Do I need new lab tests before my appointment?
Existing lab results can be reviewed during the assessment. The team will explain how to share records securely after contact, and your physician can discuss whether additional testing would be useful. Please do not send medical records through the request form or by email.
What happens after the initial assessment?
You receive a written wellness plan with your priorities and recommended next steps. If continued support fits your needs, you can discuss Westport Elevate 90, our optional 90-day health optimization program. Your consultation fee is credited in full toward a 90-day program if you choose to continue. Program enrollment is subject to clinical fit, and additional costs are discussed before you proceed.

No. Telehealth is appropriate for some evaluations and discussions, but some concerns require an in-person examination, testing, a procedure or another level of care. Your physician will explain the recommended next step. This service is not for urgent or emergency care. For a medical emergency, call 911.

No. Our team will contact you to confirm eligibility, clinical fit, physician availability, scheduling and payment. Submitting a request does not establish a physician–patient relationship.
