Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)Longer relief for confirmed facet-mediated neck pain after successful medial branch blocks. Epidural steroid injectionsWhen an irritated cervical nerve root is driving arm symptoms. PRP injectionsFor selected soft-tissue or joint problems when regenerative injection care fits the plan.
