Adam Nessim, MD

Dr. Adam Nessim is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician and founder of Westport Pain & Performance. He earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His postgraduate training includes PM&R residency at Montefiore Medical Center and fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at Cornell/Columbia.

His clinical interests include nonoperative spine and musculoskeletal care, regenerative medicine, and longevity medicine. His approach emphasizes careful evaluation, clear communication, and a practical plan built around each patient’s goals.

Outside medicine, Dr. Nessim has a particular interest in strength training, performance, and recovery. He values thoughtful conversations about the evidence, the available options, and the uncertainties that matter when making care decisions.
